Confused Pirate Game

Confused Pirate Game puts you in control of a small pirate whose mission is to collect every gold coin on the island. The problem is that guards, enemies, spikes and other obstacles stand in the way, so you must either avoid them or use the available weapons and items to remove them.

Your basic objective in each level is to gather all coins without being caught. When you pick up a sword, you temporarily gain the ability to defeat enemy pirates or guards. Some stages also contain TNT and other useful objects that can help clear dangerous areas.

The character continues moving in a straight line until something blocks the path, which means movement must be planned in advance. You can deliberately send the pirate toward a wall or an unwanted direction in order to turn around and place him in a safer position for the next move.

After running over a sword, the pirate becomes temporarily invincible. The change from protected to vulnerable can happen suddenly, so do not become too greedy while chasing enemies. Move away before the power expires, especially when several guards are nearby.

Your pirate is faster than the enemies, so difficult situations can sometimes be escaped with clever routing. It is also possible to defeat nearby enemies through collision while protected, but staying too close when the effect ends can cause you to lose a life.

You begin the game with three lives. Touching an enemy normally causes death unless the sword power is active. When you die, you restart from the position or stage state defined for that level. If the full game ends, you can return to any level you have already unlocked.

The game contains ten levels that must initially be beaten in sequence. Your progress is stored locally in the web browser, allowing you to continue from previously completed stages rather than starting the entire adventure again.

Strategy matters when deciding which coins to collect first. If a coin sits behind spikes or at the end of a long dead-end path, it may be safer to leave it until the end so you do not need to cross the same dangerous area twice.

When one section of a level repeatedly causes you to fail, consider completing that difficult part first. Doing so prevents you from spending time collecting easier coins only to lose them later in the same attempt.

Try to keep at least two escape routes available when enemies are close. Use swords and explosives at the right time, avoid trapping yourself in narrow paths and collect every coin to complete the stage.
