Hospital Director Game is an idle management simulation where you build and operate a growing medical facility. Start with only a few rooms and patients, then provide care, food, clean clothing, showers and enough rest to help them recover.

Hire cooks, cleaners, orderlies, doctors and other staff so the hospital can handle more patients safely. Monitor patient calmness and prevent serious disturbances or escape attempts. As demand increases, build additional wards and treatment rooms.

Successful treatment produces income that can be reinvested into expansion. Open hospitals in new locations such as forests, islands, mountains or even unusual futuristic settings, and continue turning the small clinic into a major healthcare business.

Management also includes parking, advertising, salaries, cashiers, medical research and better medicines. Improve efficiency across every department so patients move through the hospital smoothly and the facility becomes both profitable and professionally organized.
