Supermarket Manager Game is a business simulation where you start with a small store and work toward building a huge supermarket empire. Add a bakery, sell fruit and vegetables, provide quality fish and meat and eventually manage departments such as perfume and electronics.

Improve product quality, displays and store sections so customers fill their carts and keep returning. Hire salespeople, cashiers and other workers, set salaries and make sure staffing levels match the number of visitors.

Expansion requires balance. Too many employees reduce profit through unnecessary wages, while too few create long queues and lost revenue. As the store becomes busier, a manager can improve productivity and help keep daily operations organized.

Build parking, develop marketing strategies and expand product variety while investing in counters, refrigerators and other equipment that improve performance. Customer feedback matters, and satisfied shoppers are more likely to return.
